$325 3br apartment off Shrewsbury St in Worcester, Massachusetts

Hey! I am looking for someone to fill my spot in a nice 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor in Worcester. The place is near Funky Murphys, Mezcal, the Flying Rhino, and walking distance to Water and Green St (well, I've walked there in the summer...winter probably not so realistic). There's gyms like Planet Fitness and Anytime Fitness super closeby, as well as grocery stores right on Rt 9. Awesome location right off the highway as well (and I love being across from Dunks and Subway!), with a small patio and lawn. It's street parking but I've never had trouble finding a spot, with a small driveway for one (usually we'll just switch off using it).The two girls you'd be living with are in their early 20's, and the 1st and 2nd floor are guys in their mid twenties. The whole place is pretty quiet and chill but nobody minds if you have people over, etc. I've been here two years and never had any problems with the landlord, neighbors, etc.It's $325 each. One bathroom but I've never had a problem yet with it being occupied; we are all on kinda separate schedules. Some quick answers to questions you probably have
